1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and dispatch services provided by QueenLine Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.


2. Services Provided

QueenLine Solutions provides professional truck dispatching and back-office support for owner-operators and fleet owners. Our services include load searching, rate negotiation, paperwork management, and communication with brokers and shippers.

We do not own or operate trucks, act as a broker, or provide transportation services. We strictly serve as a dispatch and administrative support provider.


3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate company and driver information for setup.
  • Maintain valid motor carrier authority, insurance, and all DOT/MC compliance requirements.
  • Notify us promptly of any operational or safety issues.
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally with your assigned dispatcher.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for dispatch services must be made as per the agreed plan (percentage per load or flat weekly rate).
  • QueenLine Solutions is not responsible for broker or shipper payment delays.
  • All fees are non-refundable once dispatch services are rendered, unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.

5. No Forced Dispatch

Drivers and carriers have the full right to accept or decline any load. QueenLine Solutions will never compel you to take a load you don’t agree to.


6. Limitation of Liability

QueenLine Solutions will not be held liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or payment disputes between carriers and brokers/shippers.
  • Any loss of income, vehicle damage, or indirect damages resulting from service use.
    Our role is limited to dispatch support and coordination only.

7. Confidentiality

All client information, including business data and load details, is treated with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to perform dispatch duties.


8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the dispatch agreement at any time with written notice. All outstanding balances must be settled before termination is complete.


9. Updates to Terms

QueenLine Solutions reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting on this website.
